Participation in data collection has been minimal to this point. need to meet with TLs to identify a better way.
The first graph shows the total number of problems by each date. It provides little information other than a simple storyline showing weather the problems are increasing or decreasing. It should be replaced with another graph in the future than can give a better indication of what problems need to be focused on.
The second graph is a pie chart showing the total number of problems of each type and the total downtime caused by each type
