Standard Operating Procedures


Standard Operating Procedures are a back bone of any Lean operation. They provide the foundation of a training program as well as make abnormal situations and problems easier to identify. They remove questions about how something should be done, and ensure everyone is doing the same job the same way. They allow for each step of a process to be scrutinized for waste and safety concerns.
